Blast From My Past is a digital photo frame: it displays photos from libraries you connect to your account yourself. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Service operator
The service is operated by Stanislav Mikulecky, sole trader, IČO 88596877, registered in the Trade Licensing Register of the Czech Republic. Contact: info@blastfrommypast.com — see Contact & Legal.
What the service does and doesn't do
The service shows your photos to you — nothing more. We don't copy, store or share your photos; see the privacy policy for details. The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability; it depends, among other things, on third-party services (Flickr, Google, Microsoft).
Your responsibilities
Only connect libraries you are authorised to access, and use the service in accordance with the terms of the connected services (Flickr, Google, Microsoft). Don't misuse the service to circumvent their rules or to disrupt its operation.
Your account and its deletion
You can stop using your account at any time; disconnecting libraries in settings immediately deletes their access keys. To delete your account entirely, e-mail info@blastfrommypast.com. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided free of charge and without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use, for outages, or for content displayed from your libraries.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Last updated: October 7, 2026.
